This 1969 Karmann Ghia was lovingly professionally restored under the previous owners watchful eye. Sanded down to bare metal, rust repaired, parts refurbished or replaced, including the 1600cc engine being rebuilt. All new interior and a stereo upgrade with a speaker box hiding behind the rear jumpseat backrest. This vehicle comes with folders full of documents, including the restoration. Post-restoration this Ghia was driven and cared for for roughly a decade before the seller got to an age where it was time to pass it along. Since it has been acquired, fluids and a tune-up have been performed, new stock 165/80R15's have been mounted and balanced to go back to stock steel VW wheels and chrome hubcaps. The vehicle can also come with the ever-popular EMPI wheels, depending upon buyers taste. New battery, and new chromed twin performance exhaust has been fitted to the rebuilt 1600cc engine.
